Overview
Tune2all turns a product website into a continuous campaign: it infers and lets you review positioning, ICP, personas and signals; researches companies on the web; qualifies each one with public evidence; finds published contacts; creates an individual approach; tracks replies; and learns from real outcomes. Research and communication are separate, controllable processes.
Getting started
In step 01, enter a public HTTPS URL, choose OpenAI or DeepSeek, connect the BYOK key in the form, and select a model—DeepSeek suggests deepseek-v4-flash. The key is tested before storage. In step 02, review the profile and choose a strategy. In step 03, confirm the Tune, register a custom sending domain, publish the displayed SPF/DKIM records, and verify DNS before sending; then buy credits when needed.
Tunes and campaigns
Each Tune is an independent product or campaign with its own profile, strategy, research, instructions, contacts, conversations, and learnings. A workspace can keep up to four Tunes and switch between them. Deleting a Tune removes its campaign data while preserving stored public companies that another Tune may reuse.
Automatic discovery
Choose countries and start research. The backend job persists its cursor, progress, examined candidates, found contacts, discards, latest update, and next round, so it continues after the page closes. Pause stops new rounds but does not erase results or pause scheduled emails. Search now resumes the queue. Reset removes that Tune's jobs, scores, and drafts while preserving credits, settings, and the reusable public index.
Antagonistic or adjacent search
Antagonistic targets end-user companies in other industries with a compatible pain. Adjacent accepts only complementary technology companies able to consume, integrate, embed, or resell the product. Final qualification, cache reuse, and sending all enforce the active strategy; competitors, substitutes, uncertain relationships, and companies from another strategy are blocked. Changing strategy invalidates incompatible scores and pending drafts.
Companies, contacts, and conversations
A company appears for outreach only with a minimum score, a factual description in the interface language, a plausible public contact, and a valid draft. Company, domain, description, evidence, and contacts are stored to avoid repeated research. In Outreach, Recent replies, To send, and Sent count and display the same conversation collection. Each timeline combines the initial email, inbound messages, follow-ups, and replies.
Individual email and approval
Email settings contain strategic instructions and sender identity, not a fixed message. For every lead, the LLM creates subject and body from scratch in the language identified from the company website, using only that prospect's qualities, pains, and evidence. The user can edit or send from the conversation modal. Approval time is configurable—six hours by default—and on expiry the draft may send automatically only if automation, calendar, qualification, suppression, provider, and credit checks pass.
Follow-ups and replies
Follow-up and Reply have separate instructions. A follow-up is created only after the configured interval—three days by default—when no reply, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, purchase, or suppression exists; it then enters the same approval window. A reply is never pre-generated: it is created only after a real message arrives through Resend inbound and considers the customer's exact message and conversation history. A reply cancels pending follow-ups.
Sending calendar
Choose the weekdays and timezone allowed for automatic delivery. Approval expiry and the calendar are separate gates: an expired draft is released but waits for an allowed day. Send now remains available for a valid draft and rechecks qualification, identity, suppressions, Resend configuration, and balance.
Brain and learnings
The funnel uses real per-Tune records: discovered, qualified, contacted, and purchased. Learnings start after five comparable sends; 5–14 form a weak signal, 15–29 probable, and 30 or more may confirm or disprove a hypothesis from measured replies and purchases. Segment, persona, signal, and positioning are editable in the Brain. A manual edit is stored as an override and is not replaced on refresh by automatic calculations.
Pricing
Tune2all is prepaid with no subscription. One R$5 pack adds 100 sending credits. Every delivered initial email, follow-up, or reply consumes 1 credit. Draft creation and prospect discovery do not consume sending credits. LLM analysis uses BYOK and is billed directly by the selected provider. The checkout price is always the current source of truth.
BYOK, delivery, and privacy
BYOK keys are validated, encrypted per workspace, and never returned to the browser. OpenAI and DeepSeek are configured in Tune2all; Resend requires RESEND_API_KEY, a verified sender/domain, and an inbound domain on the backend. Research reads public business pages, filters fake emails, and masks contacts on summary surfaces. Suppressions take precedence over automation. States and troubleshooting
provider_not_configured means the Tune has no valid BYOK key. email_sender_not_configured means Resend is absent from the backend. email_provider_failed means the provider rejected delivery and Railway logs should be inspected. qualification_required or cancelled_strategy means policy blocked the draft and it will not send. Pausing research does not hide conversations or cancel email automation. For a transient failure, retry and provide the displayed support code.
Best practices
Start with one Tune and a small market set, review the profile, and choose the correct commercial relationship before research. Use a real identity, verified domain, and concise instructions. Read the first drafts, keep suppressions current, and automate only after validating language and positioning. Never claim traffic, revenue, volume, technology use, or pain unsupported by the website. Adjust hypotheses from sufficient samples, not one result.
